No second year of secondary school in the United States
Don't contact us about repeating high school in the United States! We believe there are better options after high school, other more enriching language immersion programs in the US. We encourage you to read an article we wrote based on a study by an American about the two-year gap between American and Northern European secondary education. Don't waste your time (or your children's)! As an alternative, we suggest enrolling in a high-performing language school or, if your English level is sufficient (B1 / IELTS 5.5 min.), a year of higher education in the US through Study Experience , at a community college , equivalent to our universities, a step after high school, an institution primarily attended by Americans preparing for university (transfer options are available after two years).
