Hello Ms. Jonckers, Nauman arrived safely on Sunday, June 29, 2025. Thanks to his sister's experience [during another stay with the same organization], he quickly settled in. Thank you for your support. Best regards.

Norah was delighted with her stay. The support was comprehensive; upon her return, an instructor accompanied her to St. Pancras station and waited with her until check-in began for her train, letting her depart as we had requested. Whether it was her accommodation, the classes, the visits, or the activities, everything met her expectations (except for the meals, which weren't always to her liking; she felt that providing only one bath towel for two weeks was a bit stingy, but luckily she had one in her suitcase). Norah took advantage of every opportunity to speak English. She was happy to be the only French speaker during the first week, as that's when she spoke the most English, even though it was difficult to find her place among the Spanish and Italian groups. She particularly enjoyed the day trips that broke up the week. She returned home feeling she had a well-balanced trip (in terms of learning and cultural visits), even though she was very tired, having averaged 20,000 steps a day. She felt that two weeks at that pace was sufficient, especially for a first trip. It was exactly the kind of trip we were looking for for her, and you found the perfect one for us. We thank you for understanding our expectations and offering us this trip. We will certainly contact you again next year, as Norah would like to repeat the experience next summer, but in a different destination.
