DURING OR AFTER STUDIES

Are you motivated? Have you preferably completed your first year of higher education? Or have you already finished your studies and are looking to gain professional experience? And do you have a minimum B2 level of English ? Then try a company internship in Ireland.

Accommodation

Foster family

Our partner can arrange your accommodation with a host family in Dublin (region) on a half-board basis during the week and full-board on weekends in a private room. There is no obligation if you prefer to stay in a university residence, hostel, etc.

Other accommodations

You can find student accommodation through various websites such as student.com, Airbnbetc. It will then be up to you to book once your company internship in Ireland, and more specifically in Dublin, is organized.

THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please also send us your CV and a cover letter in English . Include any evidence of your English proficiency . We will administer an English test if necessary.

ORGANIZING YOUR COMPANY INTERNSHIP IN IRELAND

Our partner will ensure the quality of your CV, cover letter, and any other supporting documents. They will then send your complete application to several companies that may be a good fit for your profile.

CONCLUDING INTERVIEW

Once a company is found, the Irish partner will arrange an interview between you and the company. If the interview is successful for both parties, and if you accept their offer, an internship agreement will be prepared and signed by both parties.

Languages & Travel will then send you the invoice for the payment of the balance to be settled before the start of the course on a date that we will indicate to you.

ON-SITE MONITORING

Our Dublin-based partner will ensure that you have a mentor within the company and that your tasks are communicated to you before you sign the agreement.

Work placements in Dublin can start at any time of year except June, July and August .

If you need to complete a company internship as part of your studies, your dates will be the determining factor.

Price for organizing your company internship in Ireland, from company selection to follow-up

Optional homestay accommodation with half-board (full board on weekends) in a private room	min. € 275 / week.
Optional cancellation insurance: 4%

These prices include:

Help with your CV and corrections if necessary
placement in an unpaid internship in a company in the Dublin area for the requested period with written confirmation
A job description and the name of the internship supervisor at the company must be provided before the start of the internship
a welcome after your arrival in Dublin
a public transport pass for all of Dublin (“Leap Travel Card” worth €100)
regular contact with our local partner during the internship

Not included:

the accommodation
Transfer upon arrival (Uber, taxi, or bus will always be cheaper)
English lessons before the internship with our partner school
