Your destination for a homestay: Ireland
Discover Ireland and its culture during your stay with an Irish family – you can choose between a family with horses , a farm stay, or simply a homestay – with or without included excursions. The idea is to learn while having fun in a culturally immersive experience! This option does not include English lessons; however, you also have the option of staying with a private tutor if you wish.
As places are limited and the program is very popular, we recommend that you plan your family trip to Ireland well in advance.
Our partner takes great care in placing each child according to their interests and age; hence the importance of planning ahead. Our Irish partner will place your child with a host family alongside a child of the same sex and a similar age (within a maximum of two years). It is possible that another student may also be placed with the same family (of a different nationality, to ensure English immersion). Each family is carefully selected and vetted. They are warm and welcoming families who are eager to host young people and share their daily lives.
The accommodation is determined by our partner based on the dates of your stay, your language level, and the availability of host families. Please let us know your preferences so we can do our best to meet your expectations.
You will have a single room or a room shared with another child of a different nationality and language during your stay with a host family

At Languages & Travel, we are constantly striving to find the best ways to learn English from a young age . We want these young people to combine learning with enjoyment , while also opening themselves up to other cultures. Today's youth are tomorrow's adults, and we are proud to contribute to their multicultural education.
This stay can also be complemented with excursions planned in advance with host families for even more fun, or with English lessons with an external private tutor.
For the animal fansWe also offer programs in families with horses or even on a farm.
For sports fans , this same partner also offers rugby, football, pony riding, tennis, surfing, adventure, and arts camps. Most participants in these camps are Irish , which promotes complete immersion, but requires participants to already have a sufficient level of English (the average age is 15).
More traditional language stays in Dublin or Galway (a small coastal town that we highly recommend) with courses and accommodation in a host family or student residence are also available, please feel free to contact us.
For young women aged 18 and over, our demi-pair program in Dublin is available all year round.
