Having all earned their certifications in teaching English as a foreign language, your instructors will enable you to progress quickly in the language of Shakespeare. Furthermore, since most of them have also studied other languages and cultures abroad, your teachers will be perfectly equipped to understand your situation and offer you genuine support and guidance throughout your learning journey.

Languages & Travel offers several course packages for your language stay in Dublin to fully meet your objectives and needs.
During your language stay in Dublin, you will have the opportunity to follow either a 15-hour (afternoon classes only) or 16-hour program, or a 20-hour program of general English classes (60 minutes each) per week. Groups are limited to a maximum of 15 students (averaging 8-12) to ensure personalized attention from your teachers. These courses will allow you to develop all your English skills, including pronunciation, vocabulary, reading and listening comprehension, and grammar.
This course program is accessible to everyone, whether you are a beginner or advanced student. On the first day of classes, you will take a placement test (assessing both speaking and writing skills) to place you in a group of students with similar abilities.
Minimum 12 weeks for the 16 hr/week course.
In addition, you can join extra classes 3 times a week in the afternoon. On Mondays, these will focus more specifically on speaking and listening comprehension; on Wednesdays, business English classes (minimum level required: B1) will be offered; finally, the third class on Fridays will focus more specifically on your pronunciation.
At the end of your language stay in Dublin, you will receive a course completion certificate as well as a learning report of your progress.

An intensive English course program is also available as part of your language stay in Dublin. This program includes the 20 hours of general English lessons (described above) plus an additional 6 hours (also 60 minutes each) focusing primarily on oral communication. Classes will be held in groups of no more than 15 students (8 to 12 on average) to ensure the best possible individual attention from your teachers.
This course program is accessible to everyone, whether you are a beginner or advanced student . On the first day of classes, you will take a placement test (assessing both oral and written skills) to place you in a class with students of a similar skill level.
At the end of your language stay in Dublin, you will receive a course completion certificate as well as a learning report of your progress.

Our partner school also offers exam preparation courses for the FCE, CAE, and IELTS tests . The exams administered by the University of Cambridge (the FCE and CAE), recognized worldwide, allow you to demonstrate your English proficiency to potential employers. While the First Certificate in English (FCE) is only available to students who have already reached an upper-intermediate level (B2), the Cambridge Advanced Exam is geared towards students at an advanced level (C1).
International English Language Testing System preparation courses . This test, recognized worldwide, is designed for all students who have reached an intermediate to advanced level (B1) and wish to enter certain English-speaking higher education institutions or even advance professionally and obtain a promotion.
Specifically, this is a 20-hour-per-week course for FCE or CAE preparation. For IELTS preparation courses, there are 20 hours of 60-minute lessons, plus 6 hours of more specific IELTS test preparation. This course program will give you every chance of success before the exam or test by providing you with the best possible training and giving you tips and tricks before the big day. Exam fees are included in the programs. Course materials are included for both the FCE and CAE.
Program duration: 8 weeks for IELTS preparation courses; 9 or 12 weeks for the FCE and CAE.
An ideal option for fully immersing yourself in Irish culture, staying with a host family will also allow you to improve your English skills even faster. All carefully selected by our partner school, these families are located in the suburbs of the city center and are easily accessible by public transport (bus and metro).
accommodation is available Monday to Friday (breakfast and dinner included), and full-board on weekends . Please contact us as soon as possible if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.
Two types of rooms will be offered to you during your English courses in Dublin: single room or twin room shared with a person living under the same roof (brother or sister).
All located between a 20 and 25-minute walk from our partner school, the apartments are the preferred option for more independent students who still want to connect with other students at the school. This option allows you to live surrounded by students from all over the world, giving you the feeling of truly being part of an international community ! The apartments are generally divided into 3 to 6 bedrooms, some with a shared bathroom, others with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen shared by the students, and a common living room. You will therefore have either a single bedroom or a twin room shared with another student .
Although meals are not included in this accommodation package, numerous restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets are located within a few minutes' walk of your residence. O'Connell Street , Dublin's main thoroughfare and one of the widest in Europe, is also located near the apartments.
To ensure you have an unforgettable language stay in Dublin, our partner school will offer you an activity program (called a " social program "). This program includes several free and paid activities allowing you to discover the capital in greater depth while improving your English with your classmates. The program includes afternoon outings, evening activities, and day trips.
During your free time, you will also have the opportunity to visit the city's various historical and cultural attractions , such as the National Gallery of Ireland, the National Botanic Gardens , Dublin City Hall, the Irish Parliament , St. Patrick's Cathedral, the National Museum of Ireland, Trinity College , and many other tourist attractions. Don't hesitate to also visit the capital's zoo, home to several exotic wild animals, play a round of golf on one of the many courses available, or visit the Guinness Storehouse , a temple dedicated to the famous Irish beer.
An orientation visit is also included on the first day of your program to help you find your way around the city.
You won't have time to get bored after your English classes in Dublin, there are so many activities offered by our partner school and so many things to do in the city!
Classes begin every Monday throughout the year. If Monday falls on a school closure day, classes will begin on Tuesday.
