"Hello Mr. Carré, Thank you very much, my stay is going wonderfully well, I couldn't have hoped for more in all honesty. Sincerely,"

"Today I was surprised because I was in a General English class. I specifically wanted to be in a class to prepare for the IELTS. After calling you, I went to reception to ask to be placed in the IELTS preparation class, explaining that this was normally the program I should be following. They immediately placed me in the correct class. Everything is sorted out. Thank you for your response. Everything is going very well here. I am truly delighted to see the great diversity of nationalities at this school! Everyone is really kind too, from the locals to the teachers and students."

"Yelena arrived safely and everything went well. She seems delighted with her school and her host family. She told me she has a nice room and a friendly teacher."
Yelena's mother, TP, 03.2020
"Hello, I'm absolutely thrilled with absolutely everything! The residence is truly fantastic, very pleasant, with lots of different nationalities. The common areas are a real bonus; we get together in the evenings with the other students to watch movies, play board games, or simply chat and learn about other cultures. The truth is, I only go to my room to sleep. The school's level is excellent too. Having a C2 level of English, I was perhaps a little worried about getting bored during classes, but the teachers are very creative and motivated. After class, there are sometimes conversation clubs organized in a small pub next to the school, which is great for meeting other students. So there you have it. I think I've let my excitement shine through in this email. Unfortunately, I can't talk about the city itself yet, as I haven't had the chance to go there. I'm really looking forward to this weekend so I can visit it." I regret not being able to stay longer, as time flies here! A big thank you for your dedicated work which allows me to have this experience. Sincerely
