The service provider undertakes to process the personal data received from the data controller in accordance with the data controller's instructions. The data controller will determine the purpose of the processing entrusted to the service provider. The data controller is also responsible for verifying the technical and organizational measures implemented by the service provider.
However, it is agreed between the parties that the client authorizes the service provider to disclose this personal data to third parties if legally required to do so under applicable regulations, whether to a judicial or administrative authority or to an authority recognized by law.
