Regarding the program duration, it will vary depending on the program you choose. Indeed, some have a minimum duration of 1 week (like the Andalusian cooking classes), others offer courses spread over 2 weeks (like the cooking classes in Rome), and still others have no specific duration: it's up to you to decide what you prefer!
